Canva

All-in-one design platform with templates, photos, illustrations, video, AI tools (Magic Studio), and content library. Free Content License is perpetual and permits commercial use including templates for resale (CLA Sections 2, 5, 6). Pro Content License is perpetual but per-design — one license per exported design (CLA Section 3). AI-generated outputs are owned by the user (AI Product Terms, Nov 28, 2025). Canva provides NO indemnification — if infringement claim arises, user must stop using content immediately at own expense (CLA Section 11).
