- Free and Lite tiers: non-commercial use only, watermarked outputs, and you grant Luma a broad license to publicly display, distribute, and create derivative works from your content (Section 4.2.2, 4.9.3).
- All tiers (except Enterprise): Luma may use your inputs and outputs to train AI models (Sections 4.2, 4.9.2-3).
- No indemnification from Luma. You indemnify them. Outputs provided 'as is' with no warranties including non-infringement (Sections 8.2, 12).
- Outputs may be owned or controlled by third parties or protected by IP rights — Luma makes no warranty (Section 4.8).
- Payments are final and non-refundable. 30-day export window after cancellation, then content may be deleted (Sections 7.2, 9.3).
