- Free tier: Leonardo owns ALL intellectual property in your outputs (clause 8.7). You have no commercial rights to free-tier generated content.
- No IP indemnification on any plan. Leonardo disclaims all liability for third-party IP infringement in generated content (clause 7.2).
- Free-tier creations are Public by default and licensed to Leonardo for AI training and commercial use. Paid plans default to Private.
- Aggregate liability capped at fees paid, or AU$1,000 for free users (clause 12.2d).
- Inactive accounts (12+ months) may be permanently deleted along with all content (clause 3.7).
