- Broad license back to Higgsfield — your inputs and outputs may be used to train AI models, for marketing, and promotional purposes (Section 4.4).
- No indemnification from Higgsfield. You indemnify them. Outputs provided 'as is' with no warranty of originality, legality, or accuracy (Sections 11, 12).
- Multi-model aggregator — generated content uses third-party AI models (Kling, Flux, etc.) which may have their own terms.
- Unused credits forfeited upon cancellation. No prorated refunds for current term (Sections 9.4, 10.4).
- Liability capped at the greater of 3 months' fees or $100 (Section 13.2).
